Despatch and Delivery: our promise to you:

We comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of payment (excluding public holidays). If, for any reason, we cannot meet this promise, we will e-mail you giving our reasons for not being able to do so. You will then have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Postage within UK is by 2nd class post unless requested otherwise.
 
International post is by Royal Mail Airmail small packet. Please see the Royal Mail website for estimated delivery times to your location. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Items damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered:

You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in the event that your return is lost in the post.

I want to return an unwanted item:

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in the event that your return is lost in the post.
